The Nature of School Mathematic and Student Learning

The kinds of education

1. Formal education
Formal education is education in the schools in general. Path of education have a clear ladder of education, from primary education, secondary education, to higher education.

2. Non-formal education
Non-formal education covers primary education, and further education.
Basic education includes basic education in literacy, functional literacy, literacy and the most advanced found in early education (early childhood), Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA), Seniors and Education.
